Alyssa Frost Bio //
Alyssa Frost is a singer/songwriter based in Denver, Colorado. Alyssa draws heavily from the folk artists she grew up listening to in Dallas, Joni Mitchell and John Denver to name a few, and while those artists play an important role she has an intense fascination for telling familiar stories in beautiful new ways. Inspiration garnered from artists like Benjamin Gibbard and Kacey Musgraves bring a unique dimension to her indie-rock writing style. Combining all of that, Alyssa focuses on engaging the listener with powerful and relatable lyrics, and an emotive vocal performance. Her atmospheric and moody musical landscapes help transport them to a place where they can share her emotions.
Alyssa released her first single "Let Me Be (feat. Brett Connally)" on October 27, 2017. Her second single "It's Easy" was released on February 14th, 2018. Her debut EP, Alyssa Frost, was released online on September 29, 2018 on all major platforms. Alyssa released a stand-alone single in May of 2020 called "Troubled Heart."
